Our story begins from over 50 years ago when my Grandfather Bruno opened his first Ice Cream Shop in Mexico following the very authentic recipe from the state of Michoacan, which is where the Mexican style Ice Cream Shops (Paleterias) originated from. My father and the rest of his four brothers started making Ice Cream at a very young age and made it their lifetime profession. They each own their own  Ice Cream Shops in different parts of Mexico, Florida, and Texas. We are so blessed to be able to serve you and hope to do so for many more years!
